Piggy Dave: The Porterhouse is a Marston’s pub with four Ringwood ales and one from Marstons, reflecting its history when it was a Ringwood pub. There is also draught Old Rosie for the cider buff. No music, just a television on low at the end of the bar. Very nicely decked out with bare wooden walls on three sides and the fourth painted in ubiquitous grey for some reason. A very friendly welcome from the barmaid and very reasonable prices. There were three other customers here when I arrived, which is perfectly reasonable given the time of day.
