Pig Mark 61. The Royal Horse Guardsman was built in 1888 as an Ashby’s pub then later became a Courage pub. It closed in 2008 but reopened as a free house December 2010. The Courage decal outside the pub and an Ashby’s Ales floor mosaic inside remain as nods to the pub’s history. Has a reasonably sized garden out the back.
